Our monthly Recovery Run is about community, not competition. Whether you walk, jog, or run.
Every step is a step toward wellness.

Join us for our monthly community wellness walk/jog/run designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're walking in silence, jogging with a friend, or running for release—this is your space to move, heal, and connect.
Led by Monica, a local recovery advocate and athlete, we’re reclaiming our streets, one step at a time.

Last Saturday of every month at 9:00 am

Starting Point: Hammocks Community Park. After parking, walk into the park and continue past the baseball fields toward the lake. Participants will meet near the fence line at the edge of the park overlooking the lake.

Route: Scenic lakeside route around the Hammocks lake system. Participants will follow the marked course to the designated halfway/turnaround point and return along the same route for a total distance of approximately 5 kilometers (3.1 miles).

Support: Free water station at the Halfway/Turnaround Point + community support all the way

Directions:

  • From Hammocks Boulevard, enter Hammocks Community Park through the main park entrance.

  • Park in the lot adjacent to the baseball fields.

  • After parking, walk into the park and continue past the baseball fields toward the lake.

  • The group will gather near the fence line overlooking the lake, as shown on the route map.

Pro Tips:

  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early to stretch, check in, and connect

  • Comfortable shoes, water bottles, and sun protection are encouraged

  • No registration required — just show up and bring your energy!
