Every step is a step toward wellness.

Join us for our monthly community wellness walk/jog/run designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're walking in silence, jogging with a friend, or running for release—this is your space to move, heal, and connect.
Led by Monica, a local recovery advocate and athlete, we’re reclaiming our streets, one step at a time.

Last Saturday of every month at 9:00 am
Starting Point: Miami Marine Stadium Parking Lot
Route: Out-and-back across the Rickenbacker Causeway — approximately 5 km.
Support: Free water station at the midpoint + community support all the way

Getting There

Location:
Miami Marine Stadium Parking Lot
3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149

Directions:

  • From US-1, take the Rickenbacker Causeway east toward Key Biscayne

  • After crossing the toll plaza, continue straight

  • Turn left into the Marine Stadium entrance (look for signage just before the bridge)

  • Park in the large open lot — our welcome table will be near the entrance of the bridge path

Pro Tips:

  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early to stretch, check in, and connect

  • Comfortable shoes, water bottles, and sun protection are encouraged

  • No registration required — just show up and bring your energy!
