MRP will begin offering Mindful Meditation meetings starting January 11 at 10am. These will be monthly sessions, with the next one scheduled for Saturday, December 14 at 10am. If they are successful, the frequency will increase.

The sessions will be led by Shannon Santos. Shannon is a person in long-term recovery. You can learn more about Shannon here:
